• Address details — for scheduling and completing your doorstep pickup;
• Device details — brand, model, storage, condition answers, and IMEI (collected at inspection to check eligibility);
• Payment details — such as your UPI ID or bank account, used only to send your payout;
• Usage information — how you interact with the Platform, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

We use your information to generate price estimates, verify your identity via OTP, schedule and complete pickups, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the Platform. We don't use your information to send marketing you haven't agreed to.

How we share your information

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Pickup Partners and Agents — your name, address, contact number, and device details, so they can complete your pickup;
• Payment processors — to send your payout;
• Service providers — such as SMS/OTP gateways, acting only on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We retain transaction records for as long as legally required for accounting and compliance purposes, and delete or anonymise information we no longer need for these purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal retention requirements, by contacting help@zomitel.com.
